When You May Be Entitled to a Refund
We look at every refund request kindly, on a case-by-case basis. If our team has not yet started looking at your details, you'll usually be entitled to a full refund. If our review has already begun, a partial refund may be possible — depending on how far along we are.
How to Ask for a Refund
To request a refund, please write to our friendly team through our Contact page or visit our Cancel My Application page. Please include your reference number and a brief note explaining your request.

How Long It Takes
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the refund in your account.
A Note About the Government Fee
Any fee charged directly by the UK Government for the ETA itself is not within our control and is not eligible for refund through our service.
