This fee is independent of any official government charges. Fees
paid to government authorities are outside our control and are not
recoverable after submission.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a refund in the following cases:
- Early cancellation: If you cancel your request within 24 hours of completing the payment, and your application has not yet been forwarded for processing.
- Repeated transactions: If your account was charged more than once for the same request due to a payment issue.
- Platform-related issues: If a technical problem on our system stops your application from being successfully processed.
- Incorrect billing: If you were charged an amount that does not match the service provided.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The service fee is generally non-refundable once your application has been submitted for processing. This includes situations where:
- Cancellation requests submitted after the initial 24-hour period
- Your application has been reviewed and a decision has been rendered

Processing Time for Refunds
Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days.The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the application process. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
