What Happens After Your Cancellation Request

We will then contact you via email to confirm the cancellation and provide details about any applicable refund. If a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 working days, though the exact timeframe may vary depending on your payment provider.

If your application has already progressed to a stage where cancellation is not possible, our team will explain your options clearly and help you determine the best course of action.
