When Can I Cancel?

Whether a refund is possible — and how much — depends on which stage your application has reached:

Before Our Team Has Started Checking

If our team has not yet begun looking over your details, you'll usually be entitled to a full refund. We handle these requests gently and quickly.

While Our Team Is Still Checking

If our team has already started looking over your details, a partial refund may be possible. This is because some of our friendly review work has already taken place.

After Your Details Have Been Sent to the Authorities

Once your details have been sent to the UK authorities, cancelling through us may no longer be possible — the decision is then in their hands. Our service fee covers the review work already done.

How to Let Us Know

What Happens After You Get In Touch

Once we receive your message, a real person will gently look at your request and check what stage your application has reached. We'll then write back to confirm the cancellation and explain anything you need to know about a refund. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

If your application has already moved beyond the stage where cancellation is possible, our team will explain your options kindly and help you find the best way forward.
